What if I need to leave my picnic early?
That’s no problem. All we ask is that you give your Tablegetaway member a 10 minute heads up so we can return back to site as you leave.

Can I walk away from my picnic set up at any time?
We do not recommend you leave your picnic set up unaccompanied for more than 10 minutes. While you are enjoying your two hour experience, you are responsible for our picnic items.

Do you guys stay on site? What if I need something mid-picnic?
Our team always stays within a 10 minutes reach to accommodate your picnic, whether you need an extra utensil. The Tablegetaway Team is always nearby.

What locations do you offer?
We have two available location type for booking:
1. We have a private beach in remote Tabanan available for bookings secluded 10min away from the nearest access point. Our team will escort you from the meeting point area.

2. Our second location is a public beach with little passage carefully located on a grass bank overlooking the beach. The location will also be shared upon booking.

If you have specific preferences or wish to organize the picnic in certain areas of the island, we are more than happy to accommodate your special requests. We will do our best to find charming locations whenever possible.

How can I get in contact with The Tablegetaway Team?
While we don’t have a customer service line at this time, the best way to get in contact with us is via email, tablegetawaybali@gmail.com. We have a standard response time within 24 hours, as we try our best to accommodate each inquiry in a timely manner.

How do I Secure My Booking?
A 50% retainer is required to secure your booking. This booking fee is non-refundable. The remaining balance can be paid online before, or by transfer.

What is your cancellation policy?
For any event canceled within 24 hours, without notice, we will terminate the booking and no refund is being processed. Canceling an event with more than 72 hours notice will allow you to keep a credit on file for a future booking.

What happens if it rains?
Although we have lots of days of sunshine in Bali, we will closely monitor the weather forecast on the day before your event. In the case of expected rain/wet weather, you have up to 48 hours prior to the event to decide if you want to reschedule. Any cancellation will result in loss of the 50% non-refundable retainer.

How long is the picnic experience?
All picnic bookings come with a 2 hour experience, unless agreed or stated otherwise. If you wish to enjoy it longer, please let us know and we are happy to accomodate when possible. For each additional hour a IDR 650,000 fee will apply.

Do you offer transportation?
Our picnic packages do not include transport to and from the locations but we can organize a private transport for you if you wish. When you book your picnic, we will share the approximate location before the event, so you can plan your day and be aware of travel times. If you wish to book a private transfer please email us at tablegetawaybali@gmail.com at the time of your online booking.

Can I order more food for my picnic event?
Yes, you can order more food from the menu during the booking process. If you have specific food & beverage requests, please contact us and we are happy to serve you. We provide vegetarian and vegan menu options that are carefully crafted to deliver a delightful culinary experience.

Do you cater for food allergies?
For our guests with allergies – before placing your booking, please inform us if a person in your party has a food allergy. If you or any of your guests have any allergies, it is important that you let us know at the time of booking and we can advise. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this risk. Tablegetaway will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating our products.

Professional Photography & Drone Footage
If you choose to book a photographer for your picnic event, we’ll handle all the arrangements and coordination with a photographer. Rest assured, your special moments will be perfectly captured and preserved forever.
